Thank you for your efforts to oppose SF3796. Your calls and emails were heard loud and clear at the Minnesota State Capitol!

At the SF3796 committee hearing Stephen Ubl, for AMBO, testified against the bill alongside the LMC, Metro-Cities, and DLI. The bill was amended and passed out of committee on a party-line vote. It will be sent to the Senate Jobs Committee and/or the Senate Local Government Committee.

If the bill is going to be heard again we will reach out for your support.

This is a call to action. The integrity of code inspections, the building official profession, and fundamental consumer protections will be undermined by Senate File 3796.  We need your help to stop SF3796 from becoming law. We ask that you contact your Senator and/or the Agriculture, Rural Development & Housing Policy Committee before Thursday March 5th at 2:30 pm

We work hard to get our efforts noticed by the media and are so proud when this goal comes to fruition. A well informed community is an empowered one as well, so take a look at some of the latest coverage we’ve received below and help spread the word about all the amazing developments at AMBO.
